At Secure Care Home Health, we have a solution for your specific needs in the comfort and safety of your home. Secure Care has been in business since 2009, so you can trust that your therapeutic and rehabilitative needs are in the most capable and experienced hands. Recently, Secure Care Home Health became part of the Alivia Care Solutions family, a subsidiary of Alivia Care, Inc., to help more people in more places to live better. In the future, our care will extend beyond The Villages and surrounding areas to the entirety of our 16-county licensed service area.
At Secure Care Home Health, we come to your home. Skilled Nursing
Our team of Registered Nursing and Practical nurses provide skilled observation and disease management education.

- Wound Care including post-surgical wound care
- Intravenous (IV) or nutrition therapy
